You’ve tried to move forward. You’ve read the books, attended workshops, maybe even seen therapists for years. And still, certain patterns pull you back, in relationships, in work, in how you feel in your own skin. You are not broken, nor weak, nor lost.

You are carrying strategies of survival that once protected you, but now sabotage the very life you long to live.

What is trauma?

Trauma is not what happened, it’s what happened inside you as a result.
It’s the freeze response, the over-adaptability, the loss of boundaries, the deep exhaustion of pretending to be okay. It’s the way you disconnect from your body, your voice, your truth or over-react, just to stay “safe.”

These patterns once kept you alive in childhood. But they are no longer needed in their current form and expression. And they can be gently updated or even deactivated so they no longer run your life, your relationships, or ruin your dreams. But talk therapy does not get at the root of these patterns.

Childhood & Attachment Wounds

Many women arrive at this work saying, “But I had a normal childhood.” No visible trauma. Nothing dramatic. And yet they feel stuck in cycles of anxiety, shame, emotional burnout, people-pleasing, or relational chaos.
Trauma isn’t always about what happened sometimes, it’s about what didn’t: not being seen, heard, or felt. Being left alone with big emotions. Having to be “the good girl” to stay safe. Over-performing just to feel worthy of love. These are wounds, too.

Attachment wounds such as abandonment, betrayal, rejection, or emotional inconsistency can shape how we show up in relationships, how we regulate our nervous system, and how we perceive ourselves. These early experiences influence your attachment style (secure, anxious, avoidant, or disorganised) and those styles go on to shape your relationships, your emotional patterns, and your sense of self. But here’s the truth: these patterns are not your identity. They are strategies. And strategies can be updated.

With the right tools, deep clarity, and an honest commitment to your own liberation, attachment styles can shift, sometimes profoundly. You can learn to feel safe in closeness, to say no without guilt, to receive love without bracing for betrayal, and to stop choosing relationships that re-traumatise you.

This isn’t about endlessly processing your past or being in therapy forever. This is about activating the part of you that’s ready to move forward to stop performing, stop waiting, and start living.
This is where the real work begins.

This is precision work. We go to the root of the pain, not just manage symptoms or rationalise away suffering with a « positive attitude ».

This is soul work.
Together we unravel the trauma that shaped your identity, so your true self can emerge. Without you ever having to re-live your trauma. We go to the root of the emotional imprint and distorted cognitions about yourself and change the story, so you can base your current behaviour on much more constructive experiences and beliefs. We unfreeze arrested childhood development and re-establish a harmonious timeline. This is deep inner child work that creates lasting change, in how you feel, what you tolerate, and the choices you make every day.

Who am I?

I am a trained psycho-practicioner and hypnotherapist, specialised in psychopathology and psychotraumatology. I have many years of practical one-on-one therapeutic work experience. My background allows me to decode trauma patterns that lie at the root of emotional pain, destructive habits and issues in relating to others.

I am also a highly-sensitive 41 year-old woman who has been on healing path since she was 19, determined to find the right tools to overcome deeply painful childhood trauma experiences. I have recovered in many beautiful ways and still journeying !

I am also a catalyst who holds a safe, clear space to help you:

I do not provide formal diagnoses, nor do I prescribe or recommend changes to medication. Any changes to medical treatment must be made in consultation with your physician or psychiatrist. I am also not a mother, a rescuer, or emotional caretaker.
You are responsible for your healing process. I am responsible for the integrity and professionalism of my tools. Because healing is not linear, I cannot promise fixed outcomes in a set timeframe. You are not a computer to fix. Humans are complex. This work is deep, thorough and rooted in compassion for us suffering humans and it is yours to claim.

Note on complex trauma (CPTSD) and the 4F Method

Most of my clients are not dealing with a single traumatic event. They’re carrying complex trauma, prolonged emotional neglect, instability, or abuse in childhood that shaped their identity and nervous system from the ground up.

CPTSD often hides in plain sight: chronic anxiety, burnout, toxic relationship cycles, over-performing, under-earning, people-pleasing, shame, dissociation. These are not personality flaws. They are survival responses that once made sense.

EMDR is excellent for resolving single-event trauma. But it doesn’t go far enough for developmental trauma, where the pain was ongoing and identity-forming.

That’s why I use the 4F Method, an advanced trauma resolution process that works with the core nervous system responses. We meet the child parts stuck in the past, not to relive the trauma, but to give them the safety, voice, and support they never had.

When those parts are resourced, they can grow. The nervous system re-regulates. Development resumes. And you get to respond to life as the adult you are now.

This is not magic. It’s not quick-fix coaching or bypassing. This is trauma-informed nervous system work, grounded in the latest research in neuroscience, psychotraumatology, and developmental psychology.

Because healing is non-linear and humans are complex, I cannot predict how many sessions it will take to shift deep patterns. But I can say this: in just one program, like the 3-week Clarity journey, you will begin to feel and behave differently. Not perfectly. But better. More spacious. More aligned with your values. More you.

Note on transgenerational trauma - When Trauma Isn’t Just Yours

Some clients begin this work and soon realise: the pain they carry didn’t start with them. It’s not just from this lifetime. Or it runs deeper than anything they can remember.

We now know through epigenetics and trauma science that trauma can be transmitted across generations. Patterns of fear, shame, silence, and survival often begin long before us. Even if your childhood was relatively safe, you may still carry nervous system imprints inherited from those who came before.

Others feel they’re carrying wounds that don’t quite belong to their personal story but to something older, more mysterious. A past life. A soul imprint. A karmic echo.

Wherever it comes from, the impact is real. And so is the healing. We don’t need to know the full origin to work with the imprint. The nervous system still responds to the same care:

Safety. Truth. Presence. Repair.

You don’t need to untangle the whole lineage. You just need to start where you are. And we work from there.
