Clarity is a 3-week, one-on-one trauma resolution container designed to clear the emotional fog and reconnect you to your own knowing. Whether you struggle with overwhelm, anxiety, obsession, freeze, procrastination, people-pleasing, or compulsive behaviours, there is often a single core wound at the root, one that can be accessed, felt, and transformed safely.
What we work on
We focus on one core theme, wound, or pattern over three trauma-informed hypnotherapy sessions. This might be:

How it works
We go straight to the root: the emotional imprint.
Through trauma-informed hypnotherapy, regression, somatic techniques (like tapping and EMDR-inspired eye movements), and deep nervous system attunement, we gently revisit the original wound, NOT to relive it, but to alchemise it.
We also draw from Ericksonian hypnosis, working with future resources, symbolic integration, and the power of unconscious solutions. This allows you to reconnect to the part of you that already knows: your future self, your deeper wisdom, your inner guide.
Your nervous system receives a new, resourced experience. Your inner child feels seen, safe and validated and can continue its growth process. The story changes into a narrative you can build upon. And so do your thoughts, behaviours, and choices.
This is where self-sabotage ends, and self-trust begins.
